Job summary

Sam's Club in Novi, MI is seeking front-line team members to deliver member service and manage checkout areas with accuracy and friendliness. You will assist members with purchases, offer product knowledge, and guide them through self-service technology while upholding store safety standards.

You will participate in training, promote Sam's Club products and services, handle returns and exchanges per policy, and help maintain a clean, organized shopping environment for a seamless customer

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment such as a cash register.
• Experience with mobile retail applications or store apps is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and assists with purchases and returns.
• Maintains checkout and entrance/exit areas and ensures safety and security.
• Assists with loading/unloading, merchandise organization and zone maintenance.
• Delivers program training and supports new technology usage for members.
