Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative (Part Time) to deliver exceptional customer service and assist with memberships, billing, and front-desk operations. The MSR will be the first contact for members and guests, ensuring a clean, welcoming environment and a strong, positive club culture.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Ability to work onsite, this is not a remote position.
Obtain and maintain CPR/AED certification within required timeframes.
Obtain tanning certification within company required timeframes.
Must be able to perform duties in a fast-paced gym environment.

Responsibilities

Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
Provide information about memberships and amenities.
Assist potential members with tours and sign-ups.
Process new memberships, cancellations and payments accurately.
Maintain front desk cleanliness and ensure a welcoming environment.
