Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in both oral and written formats.
• Must have basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and fractions.
• Must be comfortable engaging people of all ages from diverse backgrounds.
• Two years of front-desk experience and basic computer skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Front Desk and provide Member Services.
• Open/close the facility and register program and membership information.
• Check in Members and sign in guests and participants.
• Sell merchandise and handle receipts and registration paperwork.
• Answer incoming calls and give tours of the facility.
