Job summary

AdventHealth in Florida is seeking a Membership Services associate to process inquiries, encourage enrollment, and promote the Fitness Centre services. You will engage with members and drive enrollment while delivering personable, supportive service.

In this full-time daytime role, you will make sales calls during idle time and help meet monthly Pro Shop and membership goals, providing a positive guest experience and contributing to a welcoming community.

Responsibilities

• Processes all inquiries pertaining to membership while encouraging enrollment and marketing the Fitness Centre.
• Makes sales calls during idle time and encourages retail sales to meet the monthly Pro Shop and membership sales goals.
• Other duties as assigned. Presents and sells products and services to current and potential members.
