Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a team member to process inquiries related to membership and promote enrollment at the Fitness Centre. You will engage customers, encourage sign-ups, and support retail sales to help achieve monthly Pro Shop and membership goals.

Responsibilities include presenting and selling products and services to members and visitors. Must have high school diploma and BLS CPR certification; healthcare or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong selling ability and multitasking capability.
• Ability to listen, identify guest needs and prioritize effectively.
