Job summary

My VIVE Health & Fitness is seeking a Service Desk Representative to be the welcoming face of the club. You will manage check-ins, answer calls, schedule appointments, and support sales through at-the-front-desk interactions.

Ideal candidates have strong customer-service skills and are comfortable with POS systems. This on-site role supports club services and member engagement in a dynamic fitness environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current AED/CPR/First Aid certification.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Familiarity with membership management or POS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with energy and enthusiasm; manage the check-in process efficiently.
• Answer calls, direct inquiries, and relay messages accurately.
• Schedule service appointments and process reservations in person and by phone.
• Assist members with retail purchases and club-service transactions at the point of sale.
• Promote club services, events, and special offers to members.
