VASA Fitness is hiring a Member Experience Specialist to greet members, build connections, and guide them through memberships and personal training options. You will help maintain a welcoming club environment and support members on their fitness journey.

As the first friendly face, you’ll create personal connections, keep the club organized, and celebrate member successes. This role emphasizes customer service, health enthusiasm, and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or sales experience.
• Interest in health, wellness, and fitness.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Bilingual skills or CPR certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and set a welcoming tone at the front desk.
• Guide members on memberships, upgrades, and personal training options.
• Keep the club clean, organized, and inviting.
• Conduct tours and conversations to drive memberships and services.
