Job summary

MIRA Wellness Club is opening in central Chennai in early 2027. You will be the first face a member sees and the first voice on the phone, greeting everyone by name.

As the front desk, you will welcome members and guests, manage bookings for training sessions, treatments and recovery floors, and respond to calls and messages promptly. Fluency in English is required and you should stay calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a hotel front office, hotel spa or members' club.
• Warm, composed and careful with details; you remember names and preferences.
• Calm when three things go wrong at once.
• Fluent English is required.

Who we are looking for

• 2 or more years in a hotel front office, hotel spa or members' club. Exceptional freshers will be considered and trained.
• Warm, composed and careful with details. You remember names and preferences.
• Calm when three things go wrong at once.
• Fluent English.

Pay

• Monthly pay ₹27K to ₹41K (cost to company), depending on experience.
• Performance bonus Tied to member feedback and retention.
• Profit share We plan to share club profit with the team. Details are in the offer.
