Job summary

MIRA Wellness Club in India is seeking a calm, attentive recovery floor attendant to manage the women’s and men’s recovery floors. You will ensure sauna, cold plunge and showers are safe, clean and welcoming, guiding first-time visitors through timings and rules.

With 1+ years in hotel spa, pool or hospital environments preferred, training in first aid/CPR provided. You will perform daily temperature, cleanliness and towel checks, maintain a peaceful atmosphere, and support safety initiatives in

• 1+ years in a hotel spa, pool, hospital or similar setting is preferred.
• Freshers with the right attitude will be trained.
• Calm, attentive and comfortable with clear safety rules.
• Basic spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Watch the floor at all times and act fast if a member feels unwell.
• Run daily checks on water temperature, cleanliness and towels, and record them.

About MIRA Wellness Club

MIRA Wellness Club is a members-only wellness club opening in central Chennai in early 2027. Members get coached strength and conditioning training, in-house physiotherapy, a partner nutritionist and a café. There are separate recovery floors for women and men, each with a sauna and cold plunges.

Our members are busy professionals who want training, recovery and health care in one place. The service standard is closer to a fine hotel than a gym. Chennai is our first club. We plan to open in more Indian cities over the coming years.

The role

You look after one of our recovery floors, with its sauna, cold plunges and showers. You make sure every member uses them safely and finds them spotless. We have one floor for women and one for men, so we are hiring both women and men for this role. First aid and CPR training is provided.

What you will do

Pay

• Monthly pay ₹24K to ₹31K (cost to company), depending on experience.
