Job summary

MIRA Wellness Club in Chennai invites a friendly, organized guest relations professional to join before opening. You will welcome founding members, plan events, and keep in touch with how members feel about the club.

Responsibilities include running member events from dinners to group fitness, introducing members by name, and reporting feedback to the General Manager weekly, with collaboration from the Marketing Lead on member stories and content, with consent.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in guest relations, events or member services at a hotel, members' club or premium brand.
• You remember names and enjoy bringing people together.
• Organised enough to run events well, every time.
• Fluent English.

About MIRA Wellness Club

MIRA Wellness Club is a members-only wellness club opening in central Chennai in early 2027. Members get coached strength and conditioning training, in-house physiotherapy, a partner nutritionist and a café. There are separate recovery floors for women and men, each with a sauna and cold plunges.

Our members are busy professionals who want training, recovery and health care in one place. The service standard is closer to a fine hotel than a gym.

Chennai is our first club. We plan to open in more Indian cities over the coming years.

The role

You help members get to know each other. You welcome founding members, plan member events and keep in touch with how members feel about the club.

What you will do

Before opening

• Plan how founding members are welcomed in their first weeks.
• Build the calendar of member events for the first six months.

After opening

• Get to know members by name and introduce them to each other.
• Run member events, from small dinners to group fitness events outside the club.
• Collect member feedback and bring it to the General Manager each week.
• Work with the Marketing Lead on member stories and event content, with members' permission.

Who we are looking for

• 3 or more years in guest relations, events or member services at a hotel, members' club or premium brand.
• You remember names and enjoy bringing people together.
• Organised enough to run events well, every time.
• Fluent English.

Pay

• Monthly pay ₹48K to ₹74K (cost to company), depending on experience.
• Performance bonus Tied to member retention and event feedback.
