Job summary

Planet Fitness United Fitness Partners seeks a high-energy Member Services Representative to greet members, assist with tours, enroll members, and promote club amenities. You will work at the front desk in a clean, welcoming environment and help members achieve their fitness goals.

The role requires a minimum of 18 years old and a High School diploma or GED, with a focus on excellent customer service and reliable attendance. Weekend/holiday shifts may be included.

Qualifications

• Client-focused, professional demeanor in a fitness-club setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage members.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at the welcome desk and tours.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members at the desk and during check-in.
• Provide tours and information about club amenities, including Black Card benefits.
• Assist with member enrollment and class sign-ups as needed.
• Support a clean, friendly, and energetic club environment.
• Contribute to a positive, judgment-free atmosphere for all members.
