Job summary

Sam's Club in Lawton, OK seeks a Frontline Member Frontline Services associate to provide member service, operate the checkout area, and help members with purchases and self-service technology. You will resolve member issues, promote products, assist with returns and exchanges, and participate in safety and asset protection.

You will also support training on processes, procedures, and new programs, with competitive pay and benefits as described in the store policies.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred, including operating front-end equipment.
• Experience with mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and resolve member issues.
• Maintain checkout area and assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Promote Sam's Club products and services; guide members on self-service technology.
• Assist with training of Member Frontline Services associates on processes and new technology.
• Help maintain a safe, organized shopping environment and protect Sam's Club assets.
