Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and resolves member issues.
• Maintains the checkout area and processes member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to policies.
• Guides members on self-service technology and promotes Sam's Club products and services.
• Assists with locating merchandise and helping members with purchasing decisions.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness, reports unsafe conditions, and helps prevent shrink.
