Responsibilities

• Promotes YMCA values and serves members with positive communication.
• Answers inquiries and provides information on memberships and programs.
• Provides prompt, courteous customer service to members and guests.
• Builds relationships with members and helps them connect with the YMCA.
• Responds to and resolves member concerns.
• Enrolls new members and processes applications.
• Registers members and participants in classes and programs.
• Conducts tours and promotes memberships to prospective members.
• Implements department procedures and ensures compliance with policies.
• Reports suspicious or policy-violating behavior and adheres to abuse reporting requirements.
• Meets timelines and deadlines related to supporting systems and time sheets.
• Attends staff meetings and trainings; performs other duties as assigned.
