Job summary

YMCA of Greater Cleveland is hiring a Member Service Representative to greet members, process payments, and support membership sales at the front desk. You will manage data entry, enrollments, and program registrations while maintaining a professional front desk area and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Cash management experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification and safety training required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Process payments and balance cash drawer and receipting.
• Greet members/visitors and provide tours as needed.
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries per guidelines and forward messages.
