Job summary

AMS | Association Management Services NW in Portland is seeking a Member Services Coordinator to greet homeowners, board members and vendors, answer questions, route requests, and keep daily operations running smoothly.

This in-office role features a Monday–Friday schedule, $19–$21 per hour, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, vacation, sick time, holidays, 401(k) with match, and education reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or administrative support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist homeowners, vendors, and board members with general questions and requests.
• Route inquiries to the appropriate departments and follow up as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and update information in company systems.
• Process incoming mail and assist with day-to-day office responsibilities.
• Support the team with scheduling, coordination, and other administrative projects.
