Responsibilities

• Create an Exceptional First Impression: Warmly welcome members and prospective clients; provide top-tier customer service and reflect our commitment to excellence.
• Manage Check-Ins & Daily Operations: Oversee member check-ins for sessions and walk-ins; ensure accurate attendance and smooth daily flow.
• Support Member Management & Administration: Assist with registrations, cancellations, account updates, and records in our systems.
• Maintain a Professional & Inviting Environment: Keep front desk and common areas clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Assist with Membership Sales & Promotions: Support sales efforts, promotions, and events; guide sign-ups or upgrades with enthusiasm.
• Communicate Clearly & Proactively: Inform members of schedules, events, promotions via calls, texts, and emails.
