Qualifications

• 2 years minimum experience in an administrative or customer support role.
• Hospitality/service setting experience is a plus.
• Proficient with basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and design software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Club interclub marketing efforts.
• Coordinate and monitor club communications with members.
• Provide reception services during department hours.
• Provide concierge services to members and guests.
• Maintain a catalogue of preferred vendors and service providers.
• Facilitate use of club amenities for membership.
• Assist in planning Club events.
• Assist with new member packets and orientations.
• Provide shuttle services as needed.
