Job summary

Parkpoint Clubs is seeking a friendly Front Desk Receptionist/Maintenance staff member for part-time daytime shifts at the Healdsburg location. You will greet members, handle check-ins, register guests for classes, and support club operations with a positive, professional attitude.

You’ll maintain a clean reception area, assist with maintenance tasks, and collaborate with supervisors to ensure an excellent member experience.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• CPR and AED certification within 90 days of hire.
• Complete Anti-Harassment training.
• Outgoing, friendly personality; positive attitude; team player.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly, manage check-ins and reservations.
• Provide club information and promote activities and policies.
• Register members/non-members for classes and events; collect fees.
• Maintain clean, presentable front desk and lobby areas.
• Coordinate with supervisors and staff to resolve issues promptly.
• Attend all staff meetings and trainings.
