Job summary

Appellation Healdsburg is seeking an enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to manage guest relations from check-in to departure. You will greet guests, handle calls, assist with reservations, and deliver exceptional service in a part-time role.

Responsibilities include processing check-ins/outs, answering inquiries, and coordinating with hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays required; background check completed.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to assess situations using sound reasoning to make decisions.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing guest accounts.
• Available to work AM & PM Shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurate.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
• Process reservations and cancellations through the hotel management system.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and enhance their experience.
