Job summary

Liberty FCU is seeking a full-time Call Center Banking Representative to join the LFCU Team in Evansville, IN. The role requires excellent member service, professionalism, and confidentiality, with duties including handling member inquiries, verifying identities, processing transactions, and assisting with online banking and digital services.

Qualifications

• Excellent member service skills and confidentiality.
• Multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to work Saturdays on a rotating basis.
• Previous financial institution and/or call center experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional phone service to members.
• Provide account information (balances, deposits, payments, etc.).
• Complete extensive verification of each member to avoid fraud.
• Process withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and check orders.
• Assist with ITM services when needed.
• Meet cross-selling and departmental goals.
• Assist with questions on ATM, debit, and credit cards.
• Explain direct deposit procedures and ensure forms are mailed.
• Assist with online banking duties and Digital Banking services.
