Job summary

Excel Fitness is seeking a weekday Member Services Representative for a 3pm-8pm shift. You will welcome members, support memberships, process transactions at the POS, and maintain a clean, safe club environment while adhering to company standards.

Role requires CPR/AED readiness, 18+ age, high school diploma, and strong communication skills. The position may be full- or part-time, with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must complete CPR/AED training before working alone within 30 days.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Ability to think critically and resolve problems proactively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer use.
• Familiarity with Excel and Planet Fitness brand and standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain club cleanliness and atmosphere during shifts.
• Input and update member information into tablets and POS.
• Audit cash drawers daily and balance transactions.
• Enforce company policies and assist members with issues.
• Promote memberships and assist with promotions and events.
• Provide a safe environment and high level of member service.
• Stock and manage retail and janitorial supplies for shift.
• Stay current on required certifications and training.
