Job summary

Excel Fitness in Wisconsin is seeking a reliable Team Member to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming club environment. You will perform daily cleaning, assist members, handle cash drawers, and input member data into tablets and POS.

The role requires CPR/AED cert, ability to stand long hours, good communication, and teamwork. Available shifts may be full-time or part-time; flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and some overnight hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and HS diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain club cleanliness and atmosphere.
• Operate and assist members with the use of equipment and amenities.
• Input and update member information into tablets and POS.
• Audit and balance cash drawers daily.
• Enforce company policies and address infractions.
• Assist with membership promotions and outreach.
• Assist GM/AM with training and operational initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and insurance requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and community events.
