Job summary

SECU is seeking an entry-level Associate Member Services Representative to support branch operations and member services in Matthews, NC. You will handle routine duties, respond to inquiries in person and by phone, and participate in cash handling and account maintenance tasks under supervision.

You will learn CXone, master branch procedures, and support a variety of member service channels while upholding privacy and security standards. Regular attendance and ongoing training are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CCUE certification preferred.
• Strong customer service aptitude with ability to handle confidential information.
• Good verbal and written communication skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members in person, by phone, and through digital channels.
• Answer phones and process member service requests.
• Balance cash drawers and process transactions accurately.
• Handle wire transfers and currency exchange as needed.
• Maintain documents and records; assist other departments as required.
