Job summary

VillaSport in Beaverton, OR seeks an entry-level Member Services team member to deliver friendly, accurate information and first‑class service at the desk. You may rotate through Café, Recovery + Spa, housekeeping, and facilities roles to gain experience in a dynamic club environment.

This position emphasizes strong phone and in-person communication, quick learning, and a positive, energetic attitude to serve a diverse member base.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required or preferred.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Minimum 16 years of age; varies by role.
• Excellent communication and five-star customer service.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Member Services Desk and provide accurate information.
• Deliver consistent, quality service to members and guests.
• Be trained in multiple areas such as Café, Recovery + Spa, and more.
• Support other departments and handle multiple duties as needed.
