Job summary

Service Credit Union is seeking a Contact Center Representative (CCR) to provide account‑related services to members worldwide, handling inbound phone, chat, e‑mail and video inquiries. The CCR assists with inquiries, processes transactions, and aims for one‑call resolution.

Starting pay is $22.00 per hour. Full-time hours include evenings and Saturdays on a rotating basis. Benefits include health/dental, PTO, 401k, tuition reimbursement, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Good organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task.
• Ability to recognize and resolve member issues promptly, using courtesy and tact.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Call center experience or retail experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist members and potential members with telephone, chat and email correspondence fostering a one call resolution environment.
• Answer general inquiry questions about members accounts.
• Quickly identify client needs and match it to a product or service.
• Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.
