Job summary

American Heritage Federal Credit Union is seeking a contact center representative to deliver high-quality service to members by phone and email. The role involves resolving questions, cross-selling products, and handling account transactions in a responsive, member-focused manner. Shifts run 10:00 A.M.

to 7:00 P.M. on weekdays with rotating Saturdays, offering starting pay between $19.00 and $21.00 per hour, with an additional $2.00 per hour after 5:00 P.M.

Qualifications

• Must have prior Contact Center experience or relevant phone/sales experience.
• Hours are subject to change at any time at the discretion of management based on the needs of the Credit Union.

Responsibilities

• Provide an ultimate level of service to members and employees via telephone, electronic communications and/or mail.
• Analyze member questions/problems and refer/cross-sell a product or service through the ACS system to meet financial needs.
• Perform various transactions on accounts and research inquiries, including follow-up to ensure member satisfaction.
