Job summary

Kitsap Credit Union is hiring full-time hourly Contact Center Associates for our East Bremerton location. The first six months are on-site, with potential for a hybrid schedule after satisfactory performance.

The role focuses on providing exceptional service through all digital channels, deepening member relationships, and educating members on digital/self-service options. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum one year of customer service or retail experience.
• Availability on Saturdays and extended hours.
• Excellent interpersonal communication including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to learn KCU core operating systems and self-service tech (iPhones, Androids).
• Ability to handle stress in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage members and callers, identify needs, and recommend products and services.
• Handle daily operations including basic transactions and new accounts.
• Educate on digital and self-service options as products and services evolve.
• Support a positive, high-performing team environment.
• Adhere to operational, regulatory, and security requirements.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of information at all times.
• Contribute to department operations and perform other duties as assigned.
• Model and represent KCU's core values.
