Sam's Club Dover is seeking a frontline team member to provide member service, operate checkout areas, and process purchases at the register. You will answer questions, assist with returns and exchanges, and guide members in using self-service technology.

The role emphasizes safety, policy compliance, and maintaining a welcoming shopping environment. You'll help with merchandise organization, inventory checks, and supporting associates across zones.

Qualificações

• Retail experience including operating front-end equipment like cash registers.
• Experience with mobile retail applications.

Responsabilidades

• Provides member service and resolves member issues at the checkout area.
• Maintains checkout and entrance/exit areas and processes purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Guides members on self-service technology and promotes Sam's Club products and services.
• Assists with training Member Frontline Services associates on processes and new tools.
