Job summary

Sam’s Club Dover is hiring a Full-Time Associate to provide member service, assist customers with purchases, stock merchandise, and help supervise team members.

You will uphold safety standards, maintain merchandise presentation, and support store operations while embracing Walmart’s Open Door Policy and commitment to integrity.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.
• Leading a team, supervising experience to include hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs and guiding them to products and services.
• Assists management with supervision of associates and communicates goals and feedback.
• Receives and stocks supplies, maintains sales floor, and ensures product presentation per policies.
• Maintains safety, conducts safety sweeps, and ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
