Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service by ensuring a seamless frontend experience and helping with purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Assist members with memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, and promote Sam's Club products and services.
• Process member orders, payments, and self-checkout transactions, and support with technology services.
• Locate merchandise, answer questions, and resolve issues while maintaining a clean, organized front-end area.
• Follow cash handling and security procedures, and assist with deposits and reporting as required.
