Job summary

Cal Coast Credit Union is seeking a Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Support Services department, coordinating workflow, monitoring processes, and ensuring policy and regulatory compliance. The role supports branch and MSC service, driving timely resolution of service issues and guiding staff development.

Leader will mentor staff, oversee vendor relations, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining high service quality across 26 branches and corporate departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance preferred, or 7+ years in financial/t back-office.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Support Services functions.
• Strong knowledge of host software processing platforms.
• Experience with ACH, IRAs, escheats, trusts, POAs, levies, and tax reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the Support Services department.
• Coordinate workflow and monitor operational processes.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and development; conduct performance reviews.
