• Demonstrated ability to achieve assigned goals and performance expectations.
• Successful completion of New Hire Training course and exam.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional member experience by maintaining a positive and professional attitude while assisting members.
• Accurately process routine member account transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, wires, etc.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer; follow branch policies and risk management requirements.
• Use strong communication skills to understand members' financial needs and offer suitable options.
• Identify and refer products/services to meet members' needs.
• Collaborate with branch team to achieve personal and branch performance goals.
• Adhere to AML, BSA, OFAC, CTR, and MISP regulatory requirements.
