Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include 2 years of college experience or 3 years of relevant experience with a high school diploma.
• Must possess strong cash handling background with 2 years of teller experience.
• Strong human relations and organization skills.
• Supervisory ability; knowledge of policies and procedures in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Schedule MSRs and ensure area is properly staffed at all times.
• Assist members as necessary, serving as an FSR or MSR; cover lunches and peak periods.
• Participate in hiring, training, coaching and performance evaluations of MSRs.
• Maintain branch cash control; conduct cash counts and vault audits.
• Monitor CTR and BSA compliance; ensure proper documentation and reporting.
