Job summary

California Coast Credit Union is seeking a Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Support Services department. You will coordinate workflow, monitor policies, and ensure regulatory compliance across all processes.

The role includes guiding staff, implementing process improvements, and maintaining service quality for branches and the Member Service Center (MSC). You will lead a team, report to the Manager of Support Services, and collaborate on operational enhancements, tax reporting,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business/finance preferred, or at least seven years of financial industry experience.
Ability to serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Support Services functions.
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily activities of the Support Services department.
Coordinate workflow and monitor operational processes to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
Provide guidance and training to staff; assist with process improvements and service quality initiatives.
Oversee operational and telephone support functions for branches and the Member Service Center (MSC).
Monitor and manage departmental budget and expenses; ensure overtime is controlled.
