Kohler Credit Union is hiring a Full-Time Member Service Representative for our Contact Center in Wisconsin. You will assist members via phone, chat, email, and secure messaging, handling banking requests and resolving concerns with accuracy and confidentiality.

Training takes place on-site at the Corporate Center in Sheboygan and may lead to a work-from-home arrangement after successful completion. A customer-focused, problem-solving approach is essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, call center, contact center, banking, or financial services is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and multitasking skills are important for success in this position.
• Ability to learn new systems, follow procedures, and comply with financial regulations and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customer service and financial support by answering questions and resolving concerns.
• Assist with account requests and help members find products and services that meet their needs.
• Communicate with members through phone, chat, email, and secure messaging to deliver excellent service.
• Handle everyday banking needs such as debit card requests and mobile deposit verification while protecting confidential information.
