Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Ability to learn new systems and follow established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customer service and financial support to Kohler Credit Union members.

• Assist with account requests, debit card needs, and mobile deposit verification while protecting confidential information.
