Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customer service and financial support to Kohler Credit Union members via phone, chat, email, and secure messaging.
• Assist with everyday banking needs and account requests while protecting confidential information.
• Resolve member questions and concerns and help find products and services that meet member needs.
• Collaborate with the Contact Center team to deliver a positive member experience and meet service goals.
