Kohler Credit Union is seeking a Full-Time Member Service Representative for its Contact Center in Wisconsin. You'll be the first point of contact, delivering personalized service and financial support to members via phone, chat, email, and secure messaging.

Training is on-site at the Corporate Center in Sheboygan. After successful training and performance, you may transition to a work-from-home arrangement. The role offers a competitive hourly wage with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, retail, sales, call center, or banking is helpful but not required.
• Able to learn new systems, follow procedures, and comply with financial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions and resolve concerns for Kohler Credit Union members.
• Assist with account requests and help members find products and services that meet their needs.
• Communicate with members via phone, chat, email, and secure messaging.
• Handle everyday banking needs like debit card requests and mobile deposit verification.
• Maintain accuracy and protect confidential information; work with teammates to meet service goals.
