Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, strong communication and organizational skills, and comfort with technology.

• Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure.
• Embraces technology.
• Proficient with computers and various software systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, Jack Henry Symitar/Episys, Meridian Link).

• Handle membership and loan applications, resolve account issues, and perform cash-related responsibilities.
• Ensure member information is secure.

• Demonstrate flexibility to keep the branch properly staffed.
• Make a positive first impression on members and reflect well on PFFCU.
• Assist in activities at ITMs, service window, or sales desk.
