Responsabilités

• Provide superior member service in-branch and via channels.
• Cross-sell Credit Union products using meaningful conversations and the TMC process.
• Process membership and loan applications; resolve account issues and handle cash at window/desk/ITM.
• Ensure member information is secure and protected.
• Collaborate to ensure branch staffing and operations run smoothly.
• Promote corporate values of member service, teamwork and performance.
