• Strong member service and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary service to members via phone, e‑mail, web channels, mail and facsimile.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and account updates.
• Support online banking; review account information and transactions; cross-sell Credit Union products.
• Adhere to schedule and service standards; represent Nuvision positively to members.
