Job summary

Ent Credit Union is seeking a friendly Member Service Representative in Loveland, CO, to deliver superior service, process transactions, and help members maximize products and services.

You will operate in a compliant, fast-paced environment, maintain accuracy with cash handling, and refer products across lending, investments, and digital banking. This role supports community focus and offers a strong benefits package with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ months Customer Service experience in Financial Services or Retail Delivery.
• Preferred: 6+ months Sales experience.
• Basic math skills and cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality member service through face-to-face transactions, including new member accounts and card/file maintenance.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services and refer customers to lending, investments, electronic banking, wealth management, and business banking as appropriate.
• Adhere to safety, service standards, and financial regulations (BSA/CFPB).
• Meet all training requirements and maintain cash drawer per policy.
