Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ months customer service experience in financial services or retail.
• Strong emphasis on member service and cross-sell opportunities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all transactions.
• Professional and courteous communication, both face to face and phone.
• Proficient in basic math and comfortable handling cash.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality member service through accurate, face-to-face transactions including account setup and maintenance.
• Develop knowledge of Wings' products to offer referrals in lending, investments, electronic banking, and wealth management.
• Adhere to safety, regulatory, and policy requirements (BSA/CFPB) and complete training as needed.
• Maintain cash drawer according to internal policies and procedures.
• Assist with onboarding of new members and referrals to services.
