Wings Credit Union in Pueblo, CO is seeking a Full-Time Bilingual Member Service Representative (Spanish preferred) to provide exceptional member service and handle transactions. You’ll contribute to member retention by promoting products and maintaining accuracy in all dealings.

The role requires strong communication, money handling skills, and adherence to BSA/CFPB regulations, with a focus on service excellence and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. or Equivalent.
• 6+ months Customer Service experience in Financial Services or Retail Delivery.
• Strong emphasis on member service and cross-sell opportunities.
• Professional and courteous communication, basic math, and accuracy in transactions.

Responsibilities

• Providing quality member service through face-to-face interactions and transactions.
• Meet monthly sales standards by offering products in deposits, lending, cards, and more.
• Comply with policies, BSA and CFPB regulations in daily duties.
• Maintain accuracy and provide support during training and safety standards.
