Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union seeks a Loan Servicing Team Member to assist members and staff with loan service questions and processing. You will learn XP, iQQ, LoansPQ, Pega, and Avaya, provide phone support, and ensure tasks meet service level targets.

Role focuses on accuracy, timely processing, and professional interactions while maintaining compliance with policies. Eligible for annual bonus opportunities and benefits through First Tech.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a financial institution (credit union, bank, mortgage company, auto lender, etc.)
• Customer service experience, preferably handling member/client inquiries
• Strong data entry and PC skills
• Ability to work in a high-volume processing environment with service level expectations

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand the following programs: XP, iQQ, LoansPQ, Pega, Avaya Phone System
• Provide phone coverage for the Loan Services Department to assist the Information Center, Branches, various departments, and members
• Have a comprehensive and working knowledge of the Balance Transfer Program
• Process loan servicing tasks within service level: emails, mail, service requests, and letters
• Complete training courses within established guidelines
• Contribute to DCU's Success Sharing initiatives and follow People Come First; Do the Right Thing; Make a Difference
• Maintain professionalism and respect in interactions with members and colleagues
• Adhere to DCU policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
• Perform tasks with attention to detail and within established timeframes
• Meet or exceed performance goals and service levels
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
