Job summary

Redwood Credit Union is seeking a Full Time Senior Member Relationship Specialist to deliver exceptional member service and drive sales of credit union products. You will open accounts, process loans, and assist in branch operations while leading and supporting staff under the Branch Experience Manager.

The role requires strong customer service, retail banking knowledge, and ability to balance cash and supervise others. A high school diploma and prior leadership experience are preferred.

• Experience in branch operations and supervision.
• Ability to cross-sell using needs-based approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to Members, volunteers, internal employees, and service providers.
• Cross-sell products and services; open accounts and match needs.
• Research Member problems and respond; guide to appropriate person/department.
• Determine loan products to meet Member needs and collect documents.
• Complete loan funding and recommend additional products.
