Job summary

Redwood Credit Union is seeking a Part Time Member Relationship Specialist to assist with new accounts, loan transactions and documentation, delivering outstanding member service. You will cross-sell products and support the branch’s success.

The role requires the ability to open accounts, process loans, and answer member questions. A minimum of 18 months in retail sales or cash handling is expected, with flexibility for rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 18+ months in retail sales or cash handling.
• Knowledge of financial products and services including loans.
• NMLS registration required; CA Insurance Credit Endorsee status preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members, volunteers, internal staff, and service providers.
• Cross-sell Redwood Credit Union products and services.
• Open accounts; determine and process loan applications and funding.
• Gather member information and complete loan documentation.
• Safeguard member information and maintain confidentiality.
• Perform branch opening/closing duties and participate in meetings.
