Job summary

Redwood Credit Union is seeking a Full Time Senior Member Relationship Specialist responsible for delivering exceptional member service and operational duties at the Sebastopol branch. You will cross-sell products, open accounts, and guide members through loan processes, while ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The role also involves leading a team, conducting audits, and assisting in scheduling and reporting to support branch goals and member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of retail sales and/or financial institution experience with prior leadership.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service and cross-sell products.
• Open accounts and match member needs to products and services.
• Perform branch operations duties and audits as needed.
• Lead and train branch staff and other specialists.
• Assist in sales reporting and performance improvement.
