Job summary

Orion Financial is seeking a results-driven member service and sales-oriented professional to support branch leadership across multiple locations in Tennessee.

You will greet members, process transactions, interview loan applicants, and promote CU products while aiming to meet branch sales goals.

This role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to multitask in a busy office environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Three years experience in financial institution/lending and/or sales environment.
• Knowledge of Credit Union policies and services.
• Ability to interview loan applicants and collect information.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members, provide courteous service, and process transactions.
• Interview loan and new member applicants to collect information.
• Assist with marketing campaigns and sales promotions to increase sales.
• Upsell CU products during account openings and loan applications.
• Track teller referrals for sales accuracy.
• Cross train in Assistant Branch Manager role.
• Assist in teller area processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers, money orders, and loan payments.
• All other duties as assigned.
